GB 3836.4 "Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres Part 4: General requirements"

Structure and Installation
•  Installation shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB 3836.15-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment Part 15: Electrical Installation in Dangerous Places (except coal mine)".
•  Installation needs to meet the relevant acceptance technical specifications of GB 50257-1996 "Code for construction and acceptance of electric equipment on fire and explosion hazard electrical equipment installation engineering".
•  Installation needs to connect with explosion-proof components (cable introduction device, explosion-proof flexible hose, explosion-proof junction box, blocking parts, etc.).
•  Use a dedicated electric encoder to write an address (1-200).
•  Terminals L1, L2 respectively connect to signal lines L1, L2, polarity-free; the signal lines use ZR-RVS-2 x 1.5mm2 twisted pair.
•  Mount the detector onto the base and turn it clockwise to secure.

Wiring
Precautions
•  Static hazard, cleaning must be wiped with a wringing-off wet cloth.
•  Do not replace any components or structures that will affect explosion-proof performance.
•  Conduct heat alarm test regularly, ideally once every six months.
